LYDIA NEUBART - OFFICE MANAGER


 

Lydia has been in the dental field for more than 20 years and is the voice of Esthetic Dental Care.  You will most likely meet her before you meet anyone else in the office.  Over the course of her career, she has taken countless hours of continuing education including courses in Comprehensive Dentistry at the Dawson Academy in Florida and management courses with Paragon Associates in Ohio.  In addition to that, she has all those years of "on the job" training and experience.


If you would ask Lydia, she would say that the favorite part of her job is having the opportunity to interact with our patients and provide thorough, timely, and consistent "Five Star Concierge Service" to each and every one.


Lydia hold a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and was a high school math teacher and tutor before getting back to dentistry.  She has been married to her best friend Mark forever and has three grown sons.  When not in the office, Lydia likes to spend her free time traveling, reading and spending time with her 8 delicious grandchildren.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 
 
 

ANNE MARIE MORAIS, RDH
 
 
                        We are fortunate to have added Ann Marie to our staff. 

She has been in the dental field for 20 years, first working as a dental assistant

 before pursuing her degree in dental hygiene. 

 She brings more than 7 years of periodontal hygiene experience to our office. 

 Her "gentle touch", along with her dedication and compassion for her patients,

 makes her a most valuable asset to our team.

She holds a Bachelors Degree from Seton Hall University

and received her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from UMDNJ. 

She continually strives to improve her skills by attending continuing education courses. 

 She is a member of the NJDHA and the ADHA (both professional dental hygiene organizations).

She has been married for 10 years and has 2 very adorable and active sons. 

In her spare time, she loves to read, cook, bake, and spend time with her family.

 


DAWN WIEDOW JULIANO - CDA, RDA, EFDA, CODA

 

Dawn is a very driven and spirited Registered,

Certified and Expanded Function Dental Assistant

with  more than 28 years of dental experience. 

Over the course of her career, she has taken countless hours of continuing education, including courses in Comprehensive Dentistry at the Dawson Academy Extensive training in all aspects of Dentistry. Dawn is Nitrious Oxide Certified.  Dawn also has past experience working in general, surgical, periodontal and prosthodontic practices.  She uses her talents as a patient advocate and as our OSHA regulatory manager.


Dawn is a  proud member of the American Dental Assistant Association (AADA),

New Jersey Tri-County Dental Assistant Society,

and National Dental AssistantAssociation (NDAA).

She carries with her the credentials of CDA(Certified Dental Assistant),

RDA, (Registered Dental Assistant), EFDA, (Expanded Function's Dental Assistant),

 and CODA, (Certified Nitrious Oxide Assistant),..and she is still going strong!

 She is an active member of her local Volunteer First Aid Squad as an EMT-B,

 and Driver,  also serves as the Social chairperson, and Asst. Secretary.


Dawn loves photography, traveling, musical theater,

 and spending time with family and friends,

and her two Labs, Samantha, and Bubba.

 We all enjoy her quick sense of humor, her warm, wonderful,

 contagious laugh and, of course, her smile! 

 

Dawn along with Dr. Rajeev Upadya, have joined the We

 based magazine,

 Contemporary Products Solutions, as an Evaluation team,

As a Team they test and lend their feedback on numberous products,

as well as recomendations for products ,new and old,..

Dawn has also been named as a Co-Editor In Chief,

for the New Web Based magazine, she is so excited,and honored

to be a part of the begining of something so long overdue.

Christy Fondevilla  CDA, RDA


 Christy, our newest team member, joins us as a dedicated

Registered and Certified Dental Assistant.  

Her passion in dentistry began in 1989 as a Dental Receptionist.  

Committed to always raising her level of skill and knowledge,  

she pursued training and licensure in Dental Assisting at

Dental Studies Institute in Fairfield, NJ. 

Very early on and throughout her career she was introduced

to the Pankey and Dawson Philosophy 

of Comprehensive Patient Care.


In the summer of 2007,  Christy began teaching introduction to basic

dental assisting at the New Jersey School of Dental Assisting

 in New Brunswick, NJ. 

Her mission is to inspire her students to grow

 and learn the skills to accomplish

 their professional goals in dentistry.  

Highly motivated she brings excitement to her classroom 

by coaching her students on the importance of team building, 

writing resumes, and mastering the interview process. 

Sharing her passion for dentistry and exceptional comprehensive

 patient care has been most rewarding for Christy. 

Always up for a challenge, Christy looks at life as a big adventure. 

 When not practicing dental assisting and teaching, 

she loves to cook for her family and friends, hike,

 and take classes in ballroom and salsa dancing. 

She also practices yoga, tai chi, and qi-gong.  

Her newest challenge is to master the art of belly dancing.  

Christy loves her job at Esthetic Dental Care and looks forward

 to greeting her  dynamic fellow team members 

each morning with a warm smile and a positive attitude.
