Today’s digital X-rays and other images can be stored electronically with your dental records, eliminating bulky processed X-rays that were difficult to preserve and archive. Digital X-rays greatly reduce your exposure to potential harmful radiation when compared with traditional processed X-rays. An added benefit to digital X-rays is that they can be instantly shared with other medical specialists who may be involved in your care, making communication both effective and efficient.

Dr. Raj also incorporates dental photography as part of his evaluation process. It helps to "see" what the results of cosmetic and restorative procedures will look like before you begin. Digital photography, combined with cosmetic dental imaging software, allows Dr. Raj to simulate the results of proposed procedures. While digital imaging cannot guarantee the simulated results, it does allow Dr. Raj to more effectively communicate the details of your procedure and expected outcome.
